My name is Manmay Avashia and I am a Grade 11 student at The Riverside school, Ahmedabad.

I opted to started this campaign to raise awareness and funds to transform the lives of children & young adults who are differently abled and who come from poorer sections of society. I had partnered with them when i was in grade 6 and i have understood that im very lucky to have what i have and its my moral responsiblity to help the ones who arent as lucky. All these children need is love, warmth, therapy & skill training to become independent.

I want to make a difference in their lives and knowing that the NGO Prabhat does work to help such kids and young adults i want to continue helping them.The fact that just INR 12500 can fund their transformation for a year is something that made me want to do this even more. Please fund my campaign as a simple act of kindness on your part can have a profound impact on a child. It will give them education, confidence, and a wonderful life.

As an individual, I am trying to raise INR 25000 to impact 2 children/young adults. If I collect more funds we can transform the lives of more such children and young adults. Once the campaign is completed the NGO will give feedback on the beneficiaries. In cases where the parents are not comfortable with sharing the images of their son/daughter, we will use an AVATAR. I hope you understand the sensitivity in sharing that information.
