My name is Leah Kuruvilla and I am in Grade IX at Vidyaniketan School, Bangalore.
The world produces enough food to feed all 7 billion people, but despite this 1 in 4 children in India are malnourished, help us get that food to those children.
We are supporting these children who are studying in Government schools in Bangalore and outskirts of the city through the Akshaya Patra project. Our goal is to raise 22000 INR or more to feed 20 children for a whole year by supplying these children with a mid-day meal, help us reach that goal.
Please support my campaign and let us together bring confidence and change into the lives of these fellow students from rural areas. Studies have proven that better results have been seen in the performance of children who are well nourished. Akshaya Patra's mid-day meal program motivates students to go to school, remain healthy and continue with their education with a big smile.
