My name is Prerit Khivesara and I am in Grade 9 at the Jamnabai Narsee International School at Vile Parle (W), Mumbai. My hobbies are football, studying integrated humanities and singing.

I have undertaken this campaign because I see this as an opportunity to give back to the society and I think the gift of education is something that is critical to any student. I believe that the gift of education can change the life of any student and their family in multifarious ways. The children that I would like to support are doing very well at school. I am supporting them because of one sole reason, they never gave up. They could have easily laid their hands down and said that this is out of my reach but instead they were determined to continue. Even facing so many obstacles never stopped them. Despite having economic circumstances and conditions at home they never gave up and that's why I want to help them. These are the reasons why I have undertaken this campaign and this is why I want to give back to society. The fact that raising 20000 INR can support a child for two entire years is something that I see as an opportunity to give back to the society and to give back to these children. I really believe that the use of education could change the lives of the determined and that would be amazing.

Getting a good education will definitely transform their lives and the lives of their families. Being transported from a place where you don't know to read and write to knowing that your son and/or daughter can brings about a sense of proudness for the parent. This campaign will change their lives effectively and will impact them in amazing ways. I want to help these children and I want to give back to the society.
