Hi! I'm Vidushi, an 11 th grader studying at the Vidya Niketan School in Bangalore.
Apart from being a student, I'm also a dancer, black-belt karate-ka, passionate MUNner, Debator, Quizzer, voracious reader, movie buff and an amateur poetess.

When I got to know about crowdfunding and how I can help children who c o me from the economically weaker classes of society, it sounded like something I would definitely want to do , for while all of us complain about how things around us need to improve, very few of us actually get to do something about it. It's all talk and no action with most of us considering any contribution we as individuals can make too insignificant to even bother trying.

But what if If I were to tell you that we- you and I- could actually save somebody's life! Yes, and it doesn't even require much- just the contribution of a small amount ( though big amounts are welcome too) towards giving a child the priceless gift of a healthy heart.

This would mean ensuring that a little child gets a chance to go out and play rather than suffer at home; it would mean saving a parent from the unbearable pain of watching their child suffer while feeling helpless about not being able to anything about it; it would mean experiencing the indescribable satisfaction of having helped someone and spreading smiles.
