About Me – Tanishka Mainani
My name is Tanishka Mainani, and I am a 17-year-old Grade 12 student at Centre Point School, Wardhaman Nagar, Nagpur. I believe that even the smallest act of kindness can make a meaningful difference in someone’s life, and I want to use this opportunity to contribute towards building a better future for children in need.
Imagine travelling to school every day, attending classes for hours, concentrating on studies, and playing with friends, all on an empty stomach. For many of us, having three meals a day is something we rarely think twice about. However, for countless children from economically disadvantaged families, access to even one nutritious meal can make a world of difference.
I believe that no child should have to choose between education and hunger. Every child deserves the opportunity to learn, grow, dream, and achieve their full potential, regardless of their financial circumstances. A nutritious meal does more than satisfy hunger; it provides children with the energy to concentrate in class, supports their health and development, and encourages them to continue attending school.
Through this fundraising campaign for Akshaya Patra’s Mid-Day Meal Programme, I hope to contribute towards making these opportunities accessible to more children. As a student myself, I understand the importance of education and the role that proper nourishment plays in helping us learn and perform our best. I want to extend that opportunity to children who may not have the same privileges.
Although I am just one person, I believe that collective efforts can create lasting change. Every contribution, no matter how small, can help bring us closer to a world where no child has to study on an empty stomach.
I invite you to join me in this initiative. Your support, donations, and willingness to spread the word can help nourish young minds, support education, and bring smiles to countless children.
Together, let us turn compassion into action and help create a brighter, healthier future for every child.
