My name is PAMU MOKSHA SADANJANA SAI. I am 11years old and a Grade 7B student at EuroSchool, Kukatpally, Hyderabad.
I chose to take up this campaign because I was surprised to learn that many students from low-income families do not have basic things like proper footwear and school bags. Some of them also have to sit on hard floors while studying at school. When I came to know about these problems, I felt that I wanted to do something to help them.
The Back-to-School Kit is a simple but meaningful way to support these students. It includes recycled footwear, a recycled study mat and a recycled school bag. I liked this campaign because old and used materials are being reused to create something useful for children who really need them.
The kit costs ₹950, which may seem like a small amount, but it can make a big difference in a student’s life. I hope that through my campaign, I can help these children feel more comfortable, confident and happy at school.
