About:
My name is Akshay Rane, and I am a 15-year-old, Grade 10 student at EuroSchool, Airoli. I am doing this kind of campaign for the BEED Orphanage because I genuinely feel that every child should get a chance to grow with dignity, safety, learning, and hope. Honestly, a child’s circumstances should never decide the whole direction of their life.
When I found out that a contribution of just INR 2,500 can support an orphaned child for an entire month, I started thinking about how powerful even a tiny personal push can be. For many of us, this amount might seem pretty easy to handle, but for a child who has no parents or no steady home, it can mean nutritious meals, a secure place to live, decent clothing, medicines, chances to learn, and the real support they truly deserve. What stayed in my mind the most is that something small, from one person, can become a life-changing moment for someone else.
Through this campaign, I want to help create a better and more secure future for these children. Education can open doors, but providing a safe environment, good health, essential skills, and daily encouragement also helps a child build the quiet inner strength to walk through those doors. I want to be part of an effort that not only provides quick help but also continues to support children as they lay the foundation for an independent, satisfying life.
I sincerely ask you to support my campaign and help me turn this intention into meaningful action. Every contribution, no matter its size, brings us one step closer to changing a child’s life. If we come together, many children will look ahead to their future with confidence. So together, let us give them not only support, but also an opportunity to dream.
