My name is Maanya Bhambani . I am 13 years old and a Grade 8th student at Jayshree Periwal High School, Jaipur.

Like most students, I go to school every day carrying my school bag, wearing comfortable shoes, and sitting at a desk to learn. I never really stopped to think about how fortunate I am until I discovered that many children in government schools across Rajasthan don’t have these basic necessities.
