I'm Sanjaai Dayal, a young entrepreneur and community leader based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, currently in Grade 11 at Sherwood Hall Senior Secondary School. Raised in the Indo-French cultural setting of Chennai , I bring a distinctly global outlook and cross-cultural adaptability to everything I take on, shaped by an upbringing that straddles two worlds.
My core drive is using technology as a force for social good. I founded SAAL, a self-initiated digital-services venture I built from the ground up — handling everything from planning to client outreach — and I also creating BRYN, an early-stage AI-powered SAAS Both ventures reflect my "AI for good" philosophy: applying rapid prototyping and human-centred problem-solving to real challenges rather than chasing technology for its own sake.
Beyond entrepreneurship, I've gained hands-on professional exposure through internships at StartUpTN, Pontaq (a UK-based investment firm), and KS Smart Solutions ,giving me early insight into startup ecosystems, investment operations, and software services alike.
What I'm most proud of, though, is my sustained commitment to community impact. Since 2020 I've volunteered at Santa Trust High School, supporting underprivileged children from fishing and daily-wage families. Even more meaningful was what I did back in 2018: at a very young age, I conceived and led a full education-relief campaign for children affected by the Kerala floods, mobilizing over 50 donors and volunteers to assemble 350 school kits and personally traveling over 300 km to distribute them in remote villages — an effort recognized by then-MLA (now Kerala Chief Minister) V.D. Satheesan and covered in a feature article by the Industrial Economist.
I round this out with leadership roles like Health Secretary at Apollo Pro Shine, MUN delegate experience, fluency in English and Tamil, growing French skills, and a competitive streak in athletics and basketball
