Hi, I’m Arhan Jain, a 10-year-old Grade 6 student at Whitefield Global School, Bengaluru.

I started this campaign after learning that many students in rural Karnataka, especially in government schools, lack basic educational essentials such as proper footwear, school bags, and comfortable seating support. Many children are required to sit on hard floors for long hours every day, which leads to posture-related problems, physical discomfort, and difficulty concentrating in class. The absence of proper footwear also causes health and hygiene issues, affecting both attendance and academic performance.

Every child deserves the opportunity to study with comfort, dignity, and confidence. Through this initiative, students will receive a Back-to-School Kit that includes:
• Recycled footwear
• A recycled study mat
• A recycled school bag

These essential items will help create a healthier, safer, and more comfortable learning environment for underprivileged students, both at school and at home. The kits will also encourage students to attend school regularly and study with greater confidence.
