About:
My name is Abhiraj Prasad. I am a 11-year-old Grade 6 student at DPS Gurgaon, Sector 45.
Recently, I came across something that I couldn’t stop thinking about. Many students in government schools across Haryana go to school every day without basic things that most of us take for granted—a pair of proper shoes, a school bag, or even a comfortable place to sit. They spend hours sitting on hard ground, trying to focus on their studies despite the discomfort.
I tried to imagine myself in their place—and it didn’t feel right.
Sitting like this every day can lead to posture problems, difficulty concentrating, and long-term health issues. Without proper footwear, these children are also at risk of infections and other health concerns. But beyond all this, it affects something even more important—their confidence and their joy of learning.
I knew I had to do something, even if it’s small.
With just ₹950, we can provide one child with a Back-to-School Kit—including a pair of recycled footwear, a study mat to sit comfortably, and a school bag to carry their books.
A small kit, but a big change.
It can bring comfort, protect their health, and most importantly, bring back a smile and confidence in a child who simply wants to learn.
₹1900 can support 2 children.
I request you, from the bottom of my heart, to support this campaign. Your contribution—no matter how small—can change a child’s everyday school experience.
Let’s come together to give them not just resources, but dignity, hope, and a reason to smile.
