My name is Samanyu Nanda. I am 13 years old and a Grade 9 student at the Sanskriti School, New Delhi. I am born and from Delhi. I am a huge Sports fan specifically for IPL IN WHICH I AM A FAN OF RCB and I am also a die heart fan of VIRAT KOHLI. in football I am a fan of liverpool and kylian mbappe. In F1 i am a fan of MAX VERSTAPPEN. I love studying science social science and English literature. I am also a huge lover of movies especially bollywood and hollywood movies. I love helping people. I find spending time with my family one of the most beautiful moments in our lives and I love spending time with them.

I have undertaken this campaign because I was surprised to learn that many students from low-income homes in Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, who go to school (mainly govt schools), do not have basic school gear like proper footwear or a school bag, and often sit on the hard ground in order to study at school.

Sitting down on the floor for long periods of time means 9 in 10 students will face posture-related problems. It also has an indirect impact on their eyesight and their ability to concentrate and study. Lack of footwear also leads to foot-related diseases and health issues.

The back-to-school kit costs just INR 950 and gives students a pair of recycled footwear, a recycled study mat to sit comfortably at school or home, and a recycled school bag for books. This is a very small amount to impact a student. Fund INR 4750, for example, and transform the lives of 5 students.
