Hi, my name is Atharva. I'm 13 years old and a Grade 9 student at Sanskriti School in New Delhi.

I started this campaign after learning about a serious issue. Many students in government schools across Haryana and Uttar Pradesh lack basic school supplies. Some don’t even have proper shoes or a school bag, and many have to sit on hard floors every day while studying.

Sitting on the ground for long periods isn't just uncomfortable. It can lead to posture problems over time, and it can also affect concentration and eyesight. Plus, not having proper shoes can cause foot health issues, making it even harder for students to attend school regularly.

That’s why I’m working to provide a simple back-to-school kit that can make a real difference. Each kit costs INR 950 and includes a pair of recycled shoes, a study mat so students can sit comfortably, and a school bag to carry their books.

Even a small contribution can make a big impact. For instance, INR 4750 can support five students and help improve their health, confidence, and ability to focus on their education.

I truly believe that every student deserves the basic tools to learn comfortably and with respect. With your support, we can help make that happen and bring smiles to many young faces.
