My name is Aarohi Jain. I am 11 years old and a Grade 6 student at Jayshree Periwal International School, Jaipur.
I have undertaken this campaign because I was surprised to learn that many students from low-income homes in Rajasthan, who go to school (mainly govt schools), do not have basic school gear like proper footwear or a school bag, and often sit on the hard ground in order to study at school.
We’re supporting a beautiful cause through Greensole Foundation - helping children who walk barefoot to school and sit on the ground to study.
