My name is Slaghya Vasa. I am 12 years old and a Grade 8 student at Chirec International School (IB), Hyderabad. I am running this campaign to help Make-A-Wish India bring hope, strength, and joy to children battling life-threatening illnesses. For these children, a single wish can transform despair into courage, helping them see beyond their illness.

Outside of academics, I spend much of my time exploring creative interests, reflecting on ideas, and building a clearer sense of the person I want to become. I aim to live a life with intentions, responsibility, and respect for the opportunities I’ve been given. I believe that even small steps, when taken sincerely, can lead to meaningful outcomes.

I am choosing to pursue crowdfunding because I have reached a stage where my goals require resources beyond my present means. Instead of letting my plans remain distant impossibilities, I want to take a step forward. Crowdfunding allows me to do that with accountability and a sense of shared purpose.

By opening this project to the support of others, I hope to build something rooted in diligence and long-term vision. This is not only an effort to raise funds, but also a commitment to follow through with the work required to bring my goals to completion and to restore hope in kids.
