My name is Shloke, and I’m 13 years old, a Grade 8 student at The Shriram Millennium School (TSMS), Noida.

I have started this campaign because I was shocked to discover that thousands of students from low-income homes in Uttar Pradesh, especially those attending government schools, don’t even have the basics they need to learn. Many do not have proper footwear, a school bag, or even a mat to sit on, and are forced to spend hours studying on bare, hard ground.

This takes a huge toll. Sitting on the floor for long periods affects posture. In fact, 9 out of 10 children will face posture-related problems. It also strains their eyesight, and reduces their ability to focus and learn. The lack of footwear leads to painful foot-related infections and other health problems, making it harder for these kids to even get to school.

For just ₹950, you can give one child a “Back-to-School” kit: a pair of durable recycled footwear, a recycled study mat to sit on at school or home, and a recycled school bag to carry their books. This kit is more than just things. it brings dignity, comfort, and a sense of confidence that every child deserves.
