Hi! My name is Aarav Saklecha. I am 12 years old and I study in Grade 7A at Phoenix Greens School of Learning, Kokapet, Hyderabad.
I started this campaign because I was shocked to know that many children in Telangana, especially those who study in government schools, don’t even have basic things like proper footwear, a school bag, or even a mat to sit on in class.
Can you imagine sitting on a hard floor for hours every day to study? This can really hurt their backs, affect their posture, eyesight, and make it harder to focus and learn. Not having shoes also causes foot injuries and health problems.
That’s why I want to help by raising funds for Back-to-School Kits. Each kit costs only ₹950 and includes:
A pair of sturdy, recycled footwear
A soft recycled mat to sit on
A strong recycled school bag
Just ₹1900 can help 2 students. That’s all it takes to change someone’s school experience—and life—for the better!
