Hi, my name is Taashi. I’m a 14 years old and a Grade 9 student at Phoenix Greens School of Learning in Kokapet, Hyderabad.
I started this campaign after I found out something that really moved me. So many students in government schools across Telangana don’t have even the basics they need for school. Things like a proper school bag, shoes, or even a mat to sit on while studying are missing from their daily lives.
Imagine having to sit on a hard floor for hours every day. It’s uncomfortable, and over time, it affects posture, eyesight, and focus. Not having footwear also causes foot problems and health issues. These are things many of us don’t even have to think about, but for them, it’s a daily challenge.
That’s why I’m raising funds for a simple back-to-school kit. It costs just ₹950 and includes recycled footwear, a mat to sit on, and a school bag all made from sustainable materials. Just ₹1900 can help two students start school with dignity, comfort, and confidence.
