My name is Niharika Yadav I am 15 years old and a Grade 11th student at Dharav High School, Vidhyadhar Nagar, Jaipur.
I'm taking part in a crowdfunding campaign to help school children from low-income families in Rajasthan. When I first found out that so many kids don't even have basic things like proper footwear, a school bag, or even a mat to sit on while studying, it really moved me.
Imagine sitting on a hard floor for hours every day — it affects their posture, their eyesight, their ability to focus, and even their health. Many of them also walk barefoot, which leads to foot injuries and illnesses.
I want to do something about it. We’re putting together kits that include a recycled school bag, recycled footwear, and a recycled study mat. Each kit costs ₹950, but I’m hoping people can donate a little extra — around ₹1200 — so we can help even more children and cover some additional needs.
Even a small contribution can make a big difference in a child's life — giving them comfort, dignity, and a better chance to learn. I’d be so grateful for your support.
