My name is Vrajesh Karwa. I am 14 years old and a Grade 9th student at Indus International School, Pune.

As a supporter I have initiated this drive to assist children at my age level who need fundamental school items. Many students throughout Maharashtra's government schools remain without essential items including footwear, school bags and seats. The students need to maintain posture during hours of sitting on the hard floor which leads to posture troubles and both eye and mental focus problems. Unfortunately health problems develop from a lack of basic clothing items such as shoes among disadvantaged schoolchildren.

These children deserve equal opportunities like any other human being because of which I decided to offer assistance. Hard to grasp how a student could survive without either shoes or dependable learning equipment. Students who struggle to reach their goals have exactly the same dreams as our own community so a small amount of support creates enormous positive changes in their existence.

Helping others stands as one of my primary life values. A year into my seventh birthday I fundraised ₹3,000 to support victims during the Kerala floods. I learned during that experience that generating significant results comes from simple actions which remain embedded in my memory until today. I plan to redirect my positive energy toward giving these students better lives.
