About:
My name is Shikhar Ratadia and I am a 16 year old Grade XI student at EuroSchool, Undri, Pune.
I am running this campaign to help Make-A-Wish India bring hope, strength, and joy to children battling life threatening illnesses. For these children, a single wish can transform despair into courage and help them look beyond their illness. This work is carried out in partnership with hospitals across Pune.
Each wish costs INR 10,000, but its impact is priceless. Since 1995, Make-A-Wish India has fulfilled more than 1,00,000 wishes through partnerships with over 120 hospitals and 8 regional chapters across the country.
Wishes generally fall into four categories. "I wish to go" gives children the opportunity to visit places they have always dreamed of seeing. "I wish to meet" allows them to meet their heroes or inspiring personalities. "I wish to be" gives them the chance to live out a dream role for a day, and "I wish to have" helps them receive a special gift that brings them joy.
Every wish, no matter how big or small, makes a meaningful difference in a child's healing journey.

I am 14-years-old and a Grade 9 student at EuroSchool, Pune. This campaign aims to change the way women carry water in villages around Karjat, Raigad district (located 2 hours from Mumbai) by giving them a WATER WHEEL.
