Hi, I am Ananya Santhosh, a student of Class 10th of DPS, Bangalore North. I enjoy Science & Dance and hence, I aspire to become a Pilot & a Professional Dancer. I have started a campaign for people who are suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. Let me tell you more about this campaign of mine. A few days ago, our school had a program where the team from Fueladream.com told us about a crowdfunding program which is going to help raise funds for children who are suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. One of my school mate, Karanveer Singh, was affected by Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy (DMD) when he was very young. He is in12th grade right now and is one of the best students our school has. He had scored 98% in his 10th grade boards. He hasn't given up hope. So, why don't we support him to succeed & chase his dreams. DMD is a severe type of Muscular Dystrophy. The symptom of muscle weakness usually begins around the age of four in boys and worsens quickly. I would really like to help Karan & others who are suffering from Muscular Dystrophy. The fact that a contribution of just Rs 20,000 can fund the treatment of a underprivileged child suffering from MD for an entire year. All thanks to the efforts of the NGO called DART which made me realise that I must do something to help. I strongly believe that we can help children suffering from DMD and make a difference to their lives. Please support & help me in this effort of mine by funding my campaign.
