Hey, I am Megha Rastogi, a student of class 12th studying in DPS Bangalore-North. This society has given so much to me, i feel it is my duty to fulfill my obligations towards it and give something back in return. Having given educational support to an underprivileged child for the past 12 years, I have first-hand experience of how amazing it feels to be the glimmer of hope and light in one's life.
This campaign is directed towards raising funds to support children with Muscular Dystrophy. DMD is a genetic disorder characterized by progressive muscle degeneration and weakness. Children suffering from DMD are gems shackled by genetic binds. A sum of Rs 20,000 is all that is required to free them and enable them to discover their true potential and reach great heights. What may be a small contribution from our side can make a huge difference in hundreds of lives. This mere sum of money funds the treatment of a child for an entire year.
