About:
My name is Sriram and I am the HR Director at Intellect Design Arena Limited. I wish to make a difference to the lives of these young farmers (most of them come from families where the head of the family has succumbed to the stress of trying to make ends meet and had ended his/her life in not being able to do so).
The thought that raising a fund of Rs.1 L - (the cost to train just 1 individual) will provide them with skills for a lifetime is something that I feel we owe it to the community. The impact of this change will have a positive effect beyond the individual, his/her family, village and to the entire Indian farming society. Over a period of time, they will completely transform how agriculture is practiced and will be able to ensure yields and income are significantly better. I look forward to doing my bit for the future of Indian agriculture and the millions who depend on it. A new hope for the future generation.
