My name is Aarna Sharma. I am 12 years old and a Grade 7 student at JBCN Intl School, Oshiwara.

Students from these villages should have a good environment to study. Students from these villages do not have chairs or benches and they have to sit on the floor for 9-11 hours. Sometimes in extreme weather conditions, it becomes very difficult for the students to sit on the floor and study for a long period of time. Other than all of this they also develop posture-related problems. It also has an indirect impact on their eyesight and their ability to concentrate and study 1 of the biggest issues is that students are walking barefoot for a long period of time which leads to foot-related diseases and health issues.

After hearing about these problems a company was born called Green Sole and they provide a kit called
the back-to-school kit which costs just INR 900 and gives students a pair of recycled footwear, a recycled study mat to sit comfortably at school or home, and a recycled school bag for books. This is a very small amount to impact the life of a student. Each kit costs just INR 900 including the cost of distribution. If you fund INR 2700 for example you will transform the lives of 3 students.
