Hi, I am Paras Jain & I study in the 2nd year at the SRM Institute of Science and Technology. Bharatiya Sanskriti(Indian Culture) and its history for the betterment of each and every being on earth way from Mahavir Swami , Guatam Buddha ,Swami Vivekananda to Mahatama Gandhi let me realise a true human inside, gave a simple life and encourage for the service for the fellow being. And being a part of the Blooming Beacon, a Social Wealfare Oraganisation, help me realise a part of my duty towards the society.
My friends and classmates from the SRM college have together decided that we will do a crowdfunding campaign that would raise awareness about the needs of women & young girls when it comes to the need, use and practices of using Sanitary pads. Its imperative that in todays day and age that such a basic need for young girls and women amongst the economically weaker section is not met.
Am raising 10000 INR through this campaign and these funds will be used to impact approximately 40 girls and women by providing them with low cost sanitary pads for a entire year. YES FOR A ENTIRE YEAR. All it takes is INR 250 to change a life. Fund INR 1000 and you impact 4 girls/women.
