My name is Kenin Isaac. I am 15 years old and a Grade 11 student at EuroSchool, Whitefield, Bengaluru.
This campaign is very dear to me. I have taken up this initiative to help these young girls live a a proper and fulfilled life because I believe it to be a noble and benevolent cause. These girls have no one to look after them. Makkala Dhama will transform their lives as they will grow up in a secure environment that will help them focus on their studies. At Makkala Dhama, girls are provided with accommodation, food, clothing, medical care, stationery, books, etc and they attend nearby schools.
The cost to impact a girl for 6 months is just INR 20000. The shelter home will provide all the necessary facilities to help them grow into independent and responsible adults. This campaign will definitely give them hope, and comfort and will positively impact their lives.
