My name is Druthi. I am 14-years-old and a Grade 9 student at DPS, Bangalore North.
When I was a little child my parents would take me to the terrace in the summer nights to sleep. Looking at the night sky, I wondered 'What is beyond what we can see?', 'How can we explore the unknown?' and many such curious questions. From then on, my passion for space science began.
I've always wanted to help the world, let it be in terms of space science or any other means. Helping people especially the needy has always given me pleasure. Today when I attended the session conducted by Mr. Ranga, I realized I have an opportunity to help people, kids to be specific, who are in need. Many of us even today are not satisfied with what we have and kids in government schools are asking for just basic needs like books, bags, slippers, shoes, mats, and so on. I find this platform a special opportunity not only for me but for hundreds of others to help one another.
In this campaign, we will raise funds to build kits that will help kids in their educational journey of life. It might not be much for us, but I assure you it will be the world for them.
Please support my campaign and let us together impact the health, attendance, and grades of these fellow students. This kit also brings a big smile to their faces and gives them a lot of confidence.
