Hey my name is Rohit, I'm in 9th grade from KC High International School, and I have undertaken this campaign for Greensole's Back-To-School kits for children in Tamil Nadu.
What is GreenSole? GreenSole makes upcycled Slippers, Studying Mattresses, and Backpacks. These are all made from the millions of plastics and materials that get thrown each year. On an average us indians throw out 600 million shoes per year! GreenSole helps to recycle these and turn them into usable footwear and school kits for the underprivilaged kids in Tamil Nadu
Why are these important? Tons of underprivilaged kids in Tamil Nadu go to school without proper footwear every day, these cause severe diseases to develop around the foot. They also develop spinal issues due to the fact the have to sit on the floor every single day for hours on end. With your help we will be able to fix some of those problems
Remember, it all begins with you. Each kit is only 900 ruppees, with your funds more children can get a better learning expereince!
