My name is riya bahety. I am 16-years-old and in Grade 11 at the Shriram Millennium School, Noida.

I have undertaken this campaign because I think being able to impact the lives of infants and children by funding their stay, food, education, clothes, and medical care at PALNA is incredible. PALNA (which means “cradle” as well as “nurture”) an initiative by DCCW is a home for children who are homeless and destitute.

The cost to take care of a child at PALNA is just INR 15000 per month.

Please fund my campaign as a simple act of kindness on your part can have a profound impact on a child’s life. It will give them confidence and a bright future. Many of them will be adopted and have a loving family.

As an individual, I am trying to raise INR 22500 or more to impact a child for 1.5 months or more. Let us make a difference together. If we collect more funds we could support more children at PALNA OR the same child for a longer duration.

I am very dedicated when it comes to any social cause which I can help in making the situation better. I am competitive and I think I am pretty good at convincing others to my liking.
