Hi! My Name is Samaa, I’m fifteen years old and studying in Delhi Public School Electronic City. The most important things to me in life are my family, friends, books and giving back to society. This gives my life meaning.
Footwear, Bags and Masks are not accessories but basic necessities for school going children. Without these children come in contact with various diseases and discomfort while going to school. Long hours of sitting can cause posture problems in 9 in 10 students
This campaign is the opportunity to help these children, and it's just as much your campaign as it is mine. This is a campaign to bring a kit - Shoes, a school bag, a mask and a recycled study mat for sitting for long hours, to these children. Each kit costs just Rs.900 and can bring a new life to the 35 million pairs of shoes thrown away every year.
Let us give these children a new path to walk along, one they can walk along on their recycled shoes holding their backpacks.
