My name is Sania Dang. I am 17 years old and in Grade 12 at the Jamnabai Narsee School (JNS), Mumbai.
I have undertaken this campaign because I think it is significant to impact the lives of young girls by supporting their education. Many families are unable to afford to send their daughters to school due to a lack of financial support.
I was thrilled to learn about this initiative that provides education to underprivileged girls in Palghar and Thane districts. This will help them continue their education and provide them with various opportunities to move forward and achieve their dreams. Just INR 12000 will support their education for an entire year.
Empowering girls through education, especially those from economically backward families has a massive impact on the entire family for generations to come while also accelerating social equality. These girls grow up to be more confident and take on responsibilities that they would typically shy away from.
