My name is Saachi Bagde . I am 14 years old and in Grade 10 at the EuroSchool, Airoli. I am an extremely passionate person who enjoys helping others especially those who are less privileged than I am. The fact that I can put a smile on someone’s face by a little contribution drives me to participate in such activities Personally, for me, the most important thing and probably the the only thing that makes me absolutely elated is to have the ability to make a difference in another person's life.

For girls and women from financially weak backgrounds, access to sanitary napkins is a luxury. They often resort to unhygienic alternatives which can be very hazardous to health. Sanitary napkins are a basic necessity for every woman. And As the saying goes that we women should always have each other’s back let us contribute to this cause. The cost of providing reusable sanitary napkins which would last for 2 years is only INR 250 .
Trust me when I say you won’t regret giving it! :)

Through this campaign, I intend to give them a menstrual hygiene kit that is cost-effective, lasts long, and is not too bulky. The Hygiene kit consist of 2 regular shields, 6 regular liners, 1 large shield, 2 large liners, 1 Instruction manual, 1 ziplock bag and 1 drawstring bag to hold everything together. These are stitched by women from low-income homes thus serving as a source of livelihood for them.
