My name is Arianna Thomas and I am a Grade 9 student at Bombay Scottish School, Mahim.
India continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic which has ravaged and financially crippled vulnerable low-income communities. Their lives have been turned upside down overnight and the trauma and stigma they face is unimaginable. Not only have they had to contend with loss of livelihood, they have been uprooted from their homes and even simple daily sustenance in the form of basic meals is unavailable to them!
This initiative I am supporting, is conducted by the Rotary Club, Mumbai where they are currently distributing meals every day through multiple kitchens and feeding those who are hungry. My campaign aims to help as many people as possible. I request all of you to support this campaign so that we can eliminate hunger and restore the dignity of the most vulnerable !
