My name is Vedaant Maskai . I am a Grade 9 student at BSS, Mahim.
As India continues to battle the COVID-19 pandemic sweeping the country through strict lockdowns, it has ravaged the vulnerable low-income communities. Their lives have been turned upside down overnight and they are having a traumatic experience. Suddenly they are without any source of income, and even something as basic as food is a nightmare for them. So how will they survive?
I learnt about this initiative being done by the Rotary in Mumbai where they are currently distributing meals every day through multiple kitchens and feeding those who are hungry. My campaign aims to help as many of them as possible. I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can feed them and possibly feed many more. The funds collected from this crowdfunding campaign would transform their lives and bring more than just a smile to them. Let's come together and do our bit.
