Hello Everyone! My name is Paarangana. I am 13 years old and a Grade 9 student at the Chirec International School in Hyderabad.
COVID-19 has impacted millions of people and we can see its impact all around us. The worst-hit are the poor, migrants, and daily wage workers. There has been a surge in cases & the situation will only get worse before it gets better. The biggest concern and need is for food. Feeding them is the number one -COVID relief measure.
At this juncture, it is our responsibility as the privileged sections of the society need to step up & support them through this difficult time. The initiative I am doing with Akshaya Patra is to help feed thousands of people who get just a piece of bread everyday. Akshaya Patra has already served and distributed over 5 CRORE meals across India and over 60 lakh meals in Hyderabad. The need and demand for more meals continue.
I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can also contribute to their well-being in our own small little way. Let's come together and do our bit to help our fellow countrymen.
