My name is Vedant Chachan. I am 16 years old and a Grade 11th student in Chirec International School, Hyderabad.
COVID-19 has impacted millions of people. The worst-hit are the poor, migrants, and daily wage workers. The schools are shut but classes are continuing in the online format. We are all privileged to have facilities to study but many students and children in under- privileged sections are society don't have the facilities we do. And so it is our mission to ensure it reaches them. We must donate and help them in any possible way.
The initiative I am doing with Akshaya Patra which has already helped thousands of people to get access to basic neccessities such as food.Akshaya Patra has already served and distributed over 5 CRORE meals across India and over 60 lakh meals/food packs in Hyderabad/ Telangana. The need and demand for more meals and facilities continue.
I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can also contribute to their well-being in our own small little way. Let's come together and do our bit to help our fellow countrymen.
