Hello! This is Vajra, a 10th grader studying in Chirec International School.
I love reading books.I am learning Carnatic Music and I also enjoy the theatre.I love working with NGO's as it helps me find real happiness
25 rupees.What can you buy with 25 rupees? Can you eradicate hunger for a person with 25 rupees?The answer is Yes, you can.
Today we stand together in these tough times with a hope that this time will soon pass by quickly. Since we all are able to afford our necessities we are able to some what continue our normal lifestyles but have we stopped and thought about someone other than ourselves... someone who can’t afford to go back home safe and sound... one who is finding it hard to get bread on their plate...one who is suffering due to this crisis more than anyone could ever imagine.India is home to one of the worlds biggest slums, around 73 million people are living in extreme poverty. In extreme poverty, people find it very hard to even get a roti with a normal sabzi.They fight for a place to call their home under the big blue vast sky, which shows no mercy on them.Life has been even more hard for them in this pandemic.Living in an unsanitary place without their daily wage they are finding it very hard. Since India is a large country, it is not possible for the government to provide food for each and every household, and luckily there is a conscious organisation which is putting its earnest efforts to bridge the gap of needs.Let us all in this journey hold the hands of the needy and do our bit to society.
ಅಣ್ಣ ದಾಟ ಸುಖೀ ಭವಅಣ್ಣ ದಾಟ ಸುಖೀ ಭವ- Anna Datta Sukhee Bhava- by providing food they shall be blessed
We are the privileged ones and it is our duty to must step up to help them through these difficult times. I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can also ease their hardship in our own small way. This campaign aims to provide meals and bottled water to them across Hyderabad and is done by Akshaya Patra( through their kitchens) in close coordination with the local administration. Let's come together and do our bit to help our fellow countrymen.
