My name is Romila Roy. I am thirteen years-old and a Grade 9 student at the Delhi Public School, Sector 45, Gurgaon.

I am a person who appears to be admiring art, literature, and music. I like reading and writing poetry and have a whole book filled with them. I have been learning the art of Hindustani Classical Music and Rabindra Sangeet since I was 6 years old which has exposed me to the rich culture our country has. Besides music and poetry, I also learn sports such as Table Tennis and Karate and also have many achievements for the same.

Since I was a very little child, I always had this tendency to share anything and everything I had with my family members, I still do. Even when I open a packet of biscuit, I first offer it to God, my parents, my brother and then I eat the biscuits. I strongly believed that this is a value I would never lose and hoped for an opportunity to share this kindness with the rest of the world. Besides, my parents told me that it is a very good opportunity and will also help in my college admissions. Hence, I believe that this would be a fantastic opportunity to lend a helping hand and also for my future purposes
