THE CONTEXT :
The sanitation workforce is the backbone of our city's essential services. From sanitation workers cleaning our streets to sewage workers safeguarding public health, their dedication often goes unnoticed. They work tirelessly in difficult and hazardous conditions to keep our surroundings clean and ensure that communities live in a healthy environment. These individuals play a critical role in safeguarding public health, safety, and hygiene, often at the cost of their own well-being. The absence of proper protective wear makes workers 3 to 6 times more likely to contract infections.
Did you know that only 3.9% of the workers reported using PPE?
THE INITIATIVE :
I have partnered with Financial Inclusion Improves Sanitation and Health (FINISH) Society to support Jaipur's sanitation workers in every way possible. We aim to give them PPE kits to keep them safe.
The kits will contain face masks, protective gloves, safety boots and reflector jackets. This project is a small but powerful step toward acknowledging the invaluable contribution of Jaipur's heroes. Through collective effort and generosity, we can make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives.

Yes. After the money has been collected it will be transferred by Fueladream to Financial Inclusion Improves Sanitation and Health (FINISH) Society. When do I get the receipts?
The receipts will start getting processed about 4 to 6 weeks AFTER the campaign is closed and will be sent to you directly.
