The frontline workforce is the backbone of our city's essential services. From firefighters battling blazes, nurses caring for patients to sewage workers safeguarding public health their dedication often goes unnoticed. It is time we recognise and appreciate their invaluable contribution. These individuals play a critical role in safeguarding public health, safety, and hygiene, often at the cost of their own well-being.
THE INITIATIVE :
We, the members of Inner Wheel Club of Bombay Bayview, have taken it upon ourselves to support Mumbai’s frontline heroes in every way possible. We aim to give them high-quality NutriBlenders from the brand 'Brisco'. These NutriBlenders have a 2-year warranty. Frontline workers often work long, physically exhausting hours with limited access to nutritious meals. A NutriBlender will empower them to improve daily nutrition and hydration and will ensure their well-being.
This project is a small but powerful step toward acknowledging the invaluable contribution of Mumbai’s frontline heroes. Through collective effort and generosity, we can make a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. The plan is to recognize their efforts on Republic Day as a way of giving back to society and honoring their selfless service.

Inner Wheel (IW) is the largest women's voluntary service organization in the world. The objectives of Inner Wheel Clubs are threefold: to promote true friendship, to encourage the ideals of personal service and to foster a global worldview through international understanding and cultural exchange.
Part of District 314, our IW Club of Bombay Bayview (IWC) was started on 6th November 2011.
Our mission is to bring about visible impact due to the number and size of projects in areas of Environment, water, energy, nutrition, education and medicine in rural as well as urban areas.
