While women have demonstrated remarkable capabilities in business and leadership, their representation especially from rural backgrounds remains limited. Societal norms and self-doubt often prevent women from exploring careers in business and corporate roles.
BizForHer aims to change this narrative by creating an opportunity for girls to discover their passion for business. By offering a significant cash prize, we incentivize participation, attracting individuals who might not have otherwise engaged. This not only provides young women with a platform to excel but also encourages family and community support as they witness the potential for success.
THE INITIATIVE
BizForHer is designed to spotlight girls' innovative solutions to real-world business challenges, with the core mission of empowering them and helping them recognize their entrepreneurial potential. The case studies will be based on businesses in India. The judges will be business and economics professors, and industry professionals.
We are expecting 1000-2000 teams to participate in this online competition. The participating teams will be from varied backgrounds and locations. Participation is open for girls in Grades 9-12.
Out of the 1000-2000 teams, 50 teams will advance to the semifinals. They will participate in an interactive online workshop, equipping them with essential business skills and insights. The top three winners will be awarded cash prizes.
We need a total of INR 12L to bring this competition to reality.

ABOUT ME:
My name is Aryan Yadav. I am 16-years old and a Grade 12 student at Jayshree Periwal International School.
I am deeply passionate about empowering young women through business and entrepreneurship. Recognizing the barriers that often prevent girls, especially from rural schools, from exploring careers in business, I co-founded BizForHer, a platform designed to inspire and equip girls with the confidence to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams. The competition will commence in the last week of May for girls in Grades 9-12 across India. The top three winners will be awarded prize money.
With real-world case studies, mentorship from industry leaders, and significant cash prizes, we aim to provide girls with the opportunity to develop business acumen and prove their potential. We need a total of INR 12L to make this competition a reality.

Will we get to know how the funds have been used?
Yes. After the money has been collected, it will be transferred by Fueladream to Helping Hearts Foundation. Once we utilise the funds, we will upload a report on the UPDATES section of this campaign. You will then get an alert and can read details about the details.
When do I get the receipts?
The receipts will start getting processed about 4 to 6 weeks AFTER the campaign is closed and will be sent to you directly.
