THE BACKGROUND:
Annapurna, our dedicated house helper for over a decade, became the sole provider to her family after her husband's passing. Her son Pavan, who took responsibility for the family and was working hard in getting his life back on track took a turn when he was diagnosed with a critical prostate hernia. They are in need of urgent financial support for Pavan's life-saving surgery.

He has been diagnosed with an Inguinal Hernia in his Prostate. This condition has caused him immense pain and suffering. What's even more distressing is that he has endured this pain in silence for four long years, hiding his discomfort while urinating. The hernia has now grown to a size of 4.5 cm, leading to severe pain and bleeding during bowel movements and urination.
Pavan's situation is critical, and without immediate medical intervention, his life is at risk.
Annapurna, already burdened with the responsibility of her family, is unable to bear the cost of the surgery required to save her son's life. Pavan is desperately in need of assistance to overcome this worst condition and wants to lead a healthier, happier life.

To help with Pavan’s recovery, He needs an Open Laparoscopic Surgery. This is an open tissue repair which is a technique of choice for inguinal hernias in preventing infection or stool spillage. The laparoscopic approach usually results in less pain, an earlier return to normal activities.
He also needs intensive rehabilitation to optimize his functional recovery. Additionally, given the severity of Pavan's condition, continued hospitalization and close monitoring are very essential.
