THE PROBLEM
As we live and practice social distancing, stocking rations, isolating our worlds, and adopting a work-from-home culture, there is a part of our society that still has no food for the next meal, no roof over their heads, no work. The COVID-19 crisis continues to disproportionately hurt millions of urban poor living in slums across major cities in India.
While the government will provide some of them with relief packages we need to understand that the task is massive. Many are not registered, are migrant labourers and need our help to survive this crisis.
THE SOLUTION
SAMARPAN FOUNDATION (www.samarpanfoundation.org) has been doing what they can to support daily wage labour families and those in need during this pandemic by providing them with ration kits.
Funds from this campaign will be utilised across NCR.
1) Fund INR 3000 and impact 2 families.
2) Fund INR 6000 and impact 4 families.
3) Fund INR 15000 and impact 10 families.
This campaign is being done in partnership with SAMARPAN FOUNDATION. All funding has 80G benefits.

ABOUT ME
My name is UTKARSH TYAGI, I am 22 years old and a Software engineer at TCS.
The COVID-19 pandemic has affected all of us in different ways. Perhaps the hardest hit is the daily wage earners, migrant labourers, and the financially poor. Suddenly they are without any source of income, and they are not able to provide food to their families. They fear starvation more than the virus itself.
Through this initiative, we aim to help provide ration kits to underprivileged families. I request all of you to support my campaign so that we can ensure that no one stays hungry. The funds collected from this crowdfunding campaign would transform their lives and bring them much-needed relief.

Samarpan Foundation is a charitable not-for-profit entity, established in September 2006 in New Delhi. We work to provide global support and assistance of any kind where there is humanitarian, ecological, environmental and animal welfare need. We are a community of outward-focused volunteers, guided by the principle of doing what needs to be done to achieve the greatest good for the greatest number.

FAQs
Will we get to know the details of who benefitted?
Yes. After the money has been collected it will be transferred by Fueladream to the SAMARPAN FOUNDATION. Once I get this information from them I shall upload this to the UPDATES section of this campaign. You will then get an alert & can read details about the beneficiaries.
When do I get the receipts?
The receipts will start getting processed about 4 to 6 weeks AFTER the campaign is closed and will be sent to you directly.
How does crowdfunding work?
