The second COVID wave has had a devastating impacting on the finances of millions of families who make their living on a daily-wage basis. They are unable to earn, out of money and desperately need food. Rations for a month is the need of the hour and that is what we aim to give through this initiative called ANNAPURNA. Let us ensure we do our bit and eliminate HUNGER through RATIONS.

ABOUT ME
My name is RTN. Rajkumar Gupta. I am a member of the Rotary Club of Mumbai Royales.
I am running this crowdfunding campaign to help the community that has been hit hardest by this global pandemic- THE DAILY-WAGE workers. We are all in it together while dealing with such unprecedented times. We must be grateful that we have a roof over our heads, food on the table, and a comfortable safe place. This is not the case for these people who earn their bread daily and do not have any money for food.
I believe it is imperative that we help these people in any way we can. By providing them with basic essentials, we are giving them much-needed comfort and hope. This will help them overcome the trauma of facing the 2nd wave of COVID-19.

THE PREVIOUS DISTRIBUTION DRIVE:
The last distribution drive we did under the Annapurna scheme across Mumbai and Palghar under the Annapurna scheme was a food packet distribution. This one is a RATION PACK DISTRIBUTION. The objective of showing these images is to let you know that we know how and where to distribute and that we will also provide feedback on how the funds raised have been used. So kindly fund as generously as possible. There are more mouth to feed with every passing day.
ABOUT THE ROTARY CLUB OF MUMBAI ROYALES
Rotary Club of Mumbai Royales was formed in the year 2016. Be it the project of building toilet blocks, E-Learning Kits, improving the gynaecological ward in a charitable hospital, contributing generously during COVID, organising paediatric heart surgeries or current year project of donating 12 dialysis to two Charitable hospitals, Royales always lend a helping hand for humanitarian causes.
Our motto "Give back to Society" has spiralled service supporting hunger, housing, health, and hygiene. As we journey onward, we plan to champion sustainable projects that can curb illiteracy and poverty, promote clean water and sanitation, and fight disease and disability. Kindness pays, and we at Rotary believe each individual can make a difference.

Will we get to know the details of who benefitted?
Yes. After the money has been collected it will be transferred by Fueladream to the Rotary Royales Foundation. We will update you on the details of the beneficiaries as soon as possible. Once we get this information we shall upload a report on the UPDATES section of this campaign. You will then get an alert & can read details about the beneficiaries.
When do I get the receipts?
The receipts will start getting processed about 4 to 6 weeks AFTER the campaign is closed and will be sent to you directly.
