THE PROBLEM
COVID-19 has affected all of us. It has also impacted stray animals, especially those present in the markets and near corporate setups. The strays have no means of feeding themselves since the offices, restaurants, roadside eateries, where they had easy accessibility to food, are closed. They are starving and their food sources are diminishing.
THE SOLUTION
We are 5 friends who are animal lovers that want to feed stray dogs across Ahmedabad. We have been doing this for the past year ever since the lockdown began to ensure that these strays are well fed and taken care of especially in difficult times like this.
This initiative will feed stray dogs across Ahemdabad. Each meal costs just INR 25.
1) Fund 2500 and help serve 100 meals.
2) Fund 5000 and help serve 200 meals.
3) Fund 7500 and help serve 300 meals.
ABOUT ME AND THIS CAMPAIGN
My name is AARYA PATEL. I am 17 years old and in Grade 12 at the Riverside School, Ahmedabad.
I am running a crowdfunding campaign to help raise funds to provide food to stray dogs. These animals have very few means of getting food on their own, especially those present in the markets and near corporate setups. The strays have no means of feeding themselves since the offices, restaurants, roadside eateries, where they had easy accessibility to food, are closed. They are starving and their food sources are diminishing.
Through this campaign, I want to help provide one meal a day to these strays and help them survive COVID-19.
