Akshay Nagaraj and Ganesh Bhatt are the duo behind ZINGARO. They have been making backpacks under the TWACH brand name for over 3 years and have close to 2000 happy customers. The ZINGARO bag is a massive innovation from them and is made in Bengaluru.

Risks and challenges

We understand the value of delivering high quality products and maintaining our customers pride. However, a good challenge would be producing large volumes given an extraordinary response.

Also, when there is a long holiday/long weekend, we cannot coerce our workmen to be present at the workshop which could 'slightly' deter the smooth process. Our experienced and brand conscious logistic partners would ensure a good delivery experience.

1. Is Zingaro good for daily commute?

Yes, it is as perfect for daily commute as it is for your travel. Zingaro is of a standard backpack size, the only difference being its massive feature set.

2. Can I use Zingaro for an upcoming business trip?

Oh yes! It has an electronic section, a clothing and footwear section, document holder and a few more features which will make your trip an organized one.

P.S: The colors are subtle too.

3. Is the material waterproof?

We use high quality clear coated material which is water resistant and the inner lining is waterproof. But we know protection is good, so we offer you a Zingaro branded rain cover.

4. What is the capacity of Zingaro?

Zingaro is a 25 Litre backpack which expands to 30L with the additional shoe compartment.

5. What is the durability of Zingaro?

Zingaro comes with quality material and hardware, YKK zippers and it is designed to last for a long time. However, it depends on the usage pattern as well.

7. Do you have variants in color?

Zingaro comes in two color variants.

a. Rich Black

b. Heather Grey with Black trims

8. Is backpack the only way I can carry it?

You could also carry it a Messenger.

9. One of my major issue while traveling is keeping dirty clothes with clean ones. Do you have a solution to this?

We are glad you asked this. Zingaro comes with a free 'detachable zippered laundry bag ' which is big enough to stuff your soiled/worn clothes.

10. What is your policy on returns?

Unfortunately we do not have a return policy since this is a crowdfunding campaign. However if the bag reaches you damaged,please email us with pictures within 48 hours and we shall arrange a replacement. But be rest assured of a good quality product being delivered.

When am i going to recive my bag i had got a mail that it will be delivered within 7-8 days it's already been more than 15 days pls atleast tell when is it going to be shipped ...
