How to pre-order your LUGG?
Step 1: Select the product from the REWARDS section (on the desktop, the rewards section is on the right-hand side of the page & for a mobile device, you will have to scroll down to the bottom of the page for the rewards section).
Step 2: Complete your registration on Fueladream.com
Step 3: Select your colour & model of the LUGG Anti-Theft backpack before you make your final payment.
Step 4: Make payment by debit/credit card/Paytm or through internet banking.
How is the LUGG priced so low?
We are a small firm with relatively low overheads. We have a high labour productivity. Further. Crowdfunding means our INVENTORY & WORKING CAPITAL requirements are almost ZERO, as we get funds in advance. That translates into very low costs for us, and we can pass on this benefit to you. Rather than try & make big profits, we would rather build a big brand. We decided we would pass on most of the benefits of this lower price to you - our funder.
Where are our products manufactured?
We are a Bengaluru-based company and make our products at our factory in Yeshwantpur.
What are our labour practices?
We pay our workers as per the Indian government's Daily Wages Act. All the people who work in our factory are above the age of 21. We are an equal opportunity employer.
Is the LUGG waterproof?
The backpack is water-resistant and not waterproof. If exposed to heavy rainfall, water might very, very slowly leak in through the material. We have provided a rain cover with the backpack, which can be used to wrap the LUGG when it rains. The rain cover will protect the backpack.
What are the care/cleaning guidelines?
The care and cleaning maintenance of the LUGG are fairly basic. It can be wiped and cleaned using a damp cloth. Do not IRON it, though.
What is your policy on returns?
We do not have a return policy. Since we are crowdfunding it and doing this at a breakthrough price, we cannot afford a return policy.
What happens if your LUGG is delivered damaged?
If the product is received damaged, you will have 48 hours to contact us and book an exchange. After the 48-hour period, we will not be in a position to accept exchange requests. To do this, send an email to us at getintouch@lugggear.com and also WhatsApp us at +91 7848 010101
